The optional Custom Field and Screen Tool lets you add custom demographic fields and related data tracking to the CHC Registration screen. And you can add independent custom fields and data tracking to the patient visit and encounter screens.
The fields can be any combination of text, check boxes, date fields and edit boxes to capture information that can be included in reports and database queries. This provides an inordinate amount of flexibility to the user to capture specialized forms of data unique to the clinic without having to seek outside programming or customization.
