This is an add-on table to the patient encounter record. It enables you to track immunizations administered, including type, date, lot number of the vaccination, and any other information required to be maintained. Immunization reports or export files can be created from this database. Immunization tracking also provides export files to state agencies and automatically retrieves immunization information from patient encounters to combine it with user entered data. |
